Aside from underwater fun, visiting Tamaraw Falls is one of the
adventures to experience in Puerto Galera. It is a must sight seeing
activity in here. From Sabang Beach, it takes about an hour to get
there. Renting a van would be the most comfortable transportation
option. Adventurous guests can hire a motorbike and drive it on their
own going to Tamaraw Falls. Bike rental shops are available near Sabang
port at reasonable rates which vary depends on the bike size. Big bike
costs only Php 800 for 8 hours (gas not included) which you can bring
anywhere in Puerto Galera. While enjoying the ride, there are
interesting places to see which will surely make you stop for a while
and capture the beautiful scenery.
Tamaraw Falls is only few meters away from the main road. You'll
mesmerize with the beauty of tropical scenery. Looking at the water
flowing from river above is very refreshing as you'll be enticed to take
a plunge. There are several small water falls which all come together
into the cool water of the pool at the bottom of Tamaraw Falls. This is
where tourists can refresh themselves and enjoy revitalizing experience.
